Constructive Criticism vs Fearless Feedback

Something that we all need but very seldom receive, are compliments.  

My sales trainer years ago said it is “stroking” but in a sincere and professional manner.  Just so with Constructive Criticism..

I learned that Constructive Criticism begins with telling the person what they did RIGHT.

Give them two or three compliments (listen to the podcast) THEN share with ONE or TWO items to IMPROVE upon and not a litany of items.

Conversely, this new approach of Fearless Feedback omits the first part and goes straight to the jugular…
