Athletes as role models, heroes, teachers
The athletes that I admire the most are the ones who posses HUMILITY.
Simone Biles, a designated GOAT ( Greatest of All Time) should not need an introduction.
Perhaps some of you don’t know that she was raised by exceptional foster parents. She is a victorious survivor of abuse by her former OLYMPIC coach.
Here is her COME BACK routine where she absolutely stuns us all.

Another humble athlete who exhibits humility is

hits the ball out of the stadium 450 feet
I love that he hits a foul out of the stadium at 114 mph and doesn’t even show emotion.
There you have it. Humility wins with heroes/heroines and role models.
Kundalini yoga – this quote is from tut.com:
“Relax. Breathe in deep. Hold it. Let it out. Loosen your shoulders. Smile. Close your eyes. And you’ll be surprised, dear Valerie, by how many voices you’ll hear, whispering sweet encouragement into your ear.Kissy, kissy, you can do it – The Universe”
I also practice QI CHONG for high blood pressure
https://youtu.be/Zwk_JmnfFAY. Use this to lower blood pressure. I practice it a few times a week
Wine – Can the bottling of wine and spirits be ecologically responsible? “ natural resources are extracted, not used to their fullest potential, and then turned to waste. It has facilitated efficient mass production, but at the cost of a colossal waste and natural resources crisis. Wine bottles, even if recycled, carry an enormous carbon footprint. “
“When you manufacture a glass bottle you need temperatures of 1,480 Celsius [2,700 Fahrenheit] for 24 hours, a bit less if it’s recycled material. We wash for 30 minutes at a maximum temperature of 80 Celsius [176 Fahrenheit]. I take into account that sometimes we need to buy new bottles, but even so our carbon footprint is 10 times lower than it would be,” says Grafé.
